What is Falconer?

Connect Asana with Falconer's AI knowledge base so project work and company context stay in sync.

With the Falconer Asana integration, projects and tasks are surfaced with your existing knowledge base, making them searchable alongside relevant docs, code, and conversations. As your context and product change, Falconer updates the knowledge base to keep everyone working from an accurate source of truth.

Once connected, users can:

• Search Asana projects and tasks in plain language alongside every other connected tool
• Reference Asana projects and tasks directly inside Falconer documents
• Get answers that cite the specific Asana task or project they came from
• Understand project goals and surface blockers

Putting project work and company context in one place keeps teams aligned with fewer meetings, messages, and manual updates. Users can find what they need without searching across tools or waiting on a teammate.

Example use cases:

1. Ask "What tickets do I have in Asana?" and Falconer returns your assigned tasks in a table with due dates, flagging which are past due. Each task name links back to the task in Asana.
2. Ask a follow-up in plain language, such as "What tasks do I need to complete related to the onboarding flow?" and Falconer narrows the results to the matching task with its project and due date.

How to connect Falconer + Asana?

Connecting Asana to Falconer:

1. Sign in to Falconer and go to Settings → Integrations.
2. Select the Organization tab. Under Available, find the Asana card and click Connect.
3. Authorize Falconer on Asana's authorization page. You'll be returned to Falconer's Integrations page.
4. In the Configure Asana dialog, choose the Asana workspace you want to import from and click Continue.
5. Select the projects to import. Use "Find projects" to search, then tick each project you want synced.
6. Click Save and sync. Falconer confirms with "Syncing data with Asana," and you can choose "Notify me when done."
7. Asana now appears in your Connected list. To change the workspace or projects, or to disconnect, click Configure on the Asana integration card at any time.
