What is Donezo?

Donezo is an app that automates the workflow between meeting transcription and action taken! Project Managers, Operations Managers, team leads, or anyone who spends time on meetings to make work happen are likely using a meeting transcription service. Think Fireflies.ai, Read.ai, Otter.ai, Gemini, etc. These services are great for recording the meeting minutes and capturing the goings on of businesses around the world. However, the taking of action from meeting time to deliverables still requires complete manual input by the user. This means tasks are assigned at a significant delay. Donezo reduces that time by using AI to review meeting transcriptions, identify key action items and the respective assignees, and generates a post-meeting summary email for the user to send to all attendees.

The action items that Donezo generates out of the box are able to be copied and pasted into any Scrum or project management software, however, premium customers are able to connect directly with their Asana workspaces to generate a one-click export to the desired workspace, project, and section. This dramatically cuts down the time it takes from discussing in a meeting to teams taking action.

How to connect Donezo + Asana?

1. Log in to your Donezo account.
2. Generate action items by pasting in the raw text or uploading a PDF of a meeting transcript.
3. Press the Generate Action Items button.
4. Navigate to the Integrations section.
5. Click on the Connect Asana account button.
6. Authorize the connection.
7. Navigate to the Export to Asana once the authorization is successful.
8. Click on Export to Asana and choose where you would like to export the action items to. The available options are workspace, project and section.
