CelestiOS is an AI-powered decision layer. It connects to Asana to read your assigned tasks, priorities, due dates, and project deadlines. This information is combined with your calendar, wearable health data, and other productivity tools to generate a morning burnout detection brief — helping you understand what you can realistically accomplish today. CelestiOS never creates, modifies, or deletes any tasks in your Asana workspace.
How to connect CelestiOS + Asana?
- Go to CelestiOS and log in with your Google account.
- Navigate to the Integrations page.
- Scroll to the "Productivity Tools" section and click "Connect" on the Asana card.
- Authorize the app with your Asana account.
- You will be redirected back showing "Connected" with your workspace name.
- Complete a morning check-in on the Daily Check-in page.
- The burnout detection card will show your Asana tasks, priorities, and due dates.
- To disconnect, return to Integrations and click "Disconnect".
