With cDoc HAX, teams can automatically create invoices in Xero from Contract Sent in HubSpot and Automatically create Asana projects when a deal is marked as Won in HubSpot as well, keep deal and task statuses aligned across systems, and generate invoices in Xero based on deal or project milestones. This removes manual handoffs between sales, operations, and finance, while ensuring data consistency across all tools.

How to connect cDoc HAX + Asana?
- Click Connect Integration in cDoc HAX and choose Asana.
- When prompted, sign in to Asana.
- Review the OAuth consent screen and click Allow to grant the requested permissions (admin access required).
- Repeat the same OAuth authorization step for your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) when prompted (CRM admin access required).
- Optional: if you’re enabling finance automation, authorize Xero (Xero admin access required).
- Once authorization is complete, the integration is connected and the automations will run, no additional configuration required.
