When action items come up in emails, chats, or meetings, Catch automatically turns them into Asana tasks with the right assignees and due dates. You can update task statuses, add comments, and check what's on your plate just by asking. Catch also pulls your open Asana tasks into a daily briefing sent to your inbox, so nothing falls through the cracks. It works in the background — reading your messages, spotting commitments, and keeping your Asana board up to date without you having to context-switch into the app.
How to connect Catch + Asana?
Prerequisites: A free Asana account and a Catch account.
- Open http://app.catchagent.ai/ and sign in with Google.
- Go to Settings → Integrations, find Asana in the list, and click Connect.
- A secure popup will open. Review the permissions and click Allow.
- You're all set! You can now manage Asana tasks via web, iMessage, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
