Audimate's AI agents connect to Asana to read, create, update, and comment on your tasks.
Audimate connects to Asana so its AI agents can read your workspaces, projects, and tasks, look up teammates and assignees, create and update tasks with due dates and assignees, and add comments on your behalf while a workflow runs. It turns workflow output into tracked work, and acts as you, accessing only what your own Asana account can already reach.
Prerequisites: You need an Audimate account (the free plan works), the Audimate desktop app, and an Asana account.
Follow these steps to connect Audimate and Asana:
Install the Audimate desktop app and sign in.
Open Plugins and choose Asana.
Click Install plugin, then Continue setup.
Sign in to Asana in the window that opens and click Allow.
Asana now shows as connected. Under Tool Permissions, choose for each tool whether Arro can use it on its own, must ask you first, or can't use it at all. Tools that create or change tasks will ask first by default.
Try asking Arro:
"Add these follow-ups to the Website relaunch project: send the sitemap to the agency, Dana, due Friday. Review the product page copy, Priya, due Thursday."
"What's overdue in my Asana projects?"
"Mark 'Review the product page copy' complete and comment on 'Final homepage images' that the photos are ready."
"Every Monday at 9 AM, list what's overdue and due this week across my Asana projects." Arro saves this as a Playbook that runs on that schedule while the desktop app is running.
To disconnect, open the Asana plugin and choose Disconnect in its settings.
