How to connect Alloy + Asana?

Here’s how to set up the Alloy app for your Asana project:

1. Navigate to the Asana project where you’d like to add Alloy.
2. Click Install Alloy to start the OAuth flow.
3. Authorize with your Asana account, then sign in with an Alloy account (any Google account can be used to sign up).
4. Once authorized, Alloy will be added to the project.

How to create a prototype from a task:

1. Open a task inside the project where Alloy is installed.
2. Click the “Create Prototype” entry point in the task, which will open the prototype form.
3. Fill out the Description type field, which tells Alloy how to parse the task description into an AI prompt.
4. Click Submit.

A widget representing the prototype will appear in the task. Click it to view the full prototype on alloy.app.
