What is Zoho Mail?

Zoho Mail is a secure email hosting service, providing professional email for business users. The integration with Asana benefits users to manage their Projects and Tasks right from their Inbox, the centre of all business communications.

How to configure project settings

  1. If you don't already have one, sign up for a Zoho Mail account.
  2. Go to your integrations settings in Zoho Mail.
  3. Click Enable to connect your Asana account to Zoho Mail.
  4. Easily view your Tasks or search for Tasks from your Inbox.
  5. As you read a task-related email, click Create Task from the right panel. The task name and description will be auto-populated in Asana from the email.
  6. Set a due date and assign the task to someone on your team. And that’s it!
