What is Paperform?

Paperform makes it easy for anyone to create beautiful forms online. Paperform forms are more than just forms, though! With the Paperform form creator, you can add rich text, logos, pictures, video right along questions and answers. Create surveys, landing forms, payment and subscriptions, client on-boarding, lead generation, contact forms, whatever you need.

The Paperform - Asana app allows you to automatically create tasks (or subtasks) on Asana when your form is submitted. This is really useful for making sure you capture action items from customers, clients or users form submissions

Get Paperform + Asana

Setting up the Asana integration is easy! The instructions below assume you already have a Paperform account (and an Asana account).

1. In the form editor of the form you would like to connect to Asana, go to After Submission > Integrations in the top navigation.
2. Click on the Asana icon in the list of direct integrations, and select the action (Create a task).
3. Click the "Add Account +" button to connect Asana to your account.
4. Follow the prompts to continue setting up the integration.
