What is Loom?

Loom videos help you add personality, context, and clarity to your Project Overview. You can easily embed Loom videos to explain your project, set expectations, and highlight key milestones. A Loom video message adds nuance and context to get your team up to speed on the project faster. The best part is – your team can watch the videos without leaving their Asana workflow.

Get Loom + Asana

1. Open the Loom you'd like to embed. Click the Share button on the top right. Alternatively, click Copy public link and skip step 2.
2. Click the Share button and then click Copy Link.
3. In Asana, open the project where you'd like to embed the Loom
4. Go to the Overview tab
5. In the Key Resources section, click Create a Project Brief. If there's already a Project Brief, click anywhere on the title
6. When the Brief opens, click Edit on the top right
7. Click the place in the Brief you'd like to embed
8. Paste in the URL and the Loom player will expand below it
9. Alternatively, click the + icon to at the left side of the line you're on and choose Insert Media. Paste the URL into the box and click Embed link
