1. Create an account on ju.to
2. Add your required plugins to the app builder interface
3. Create a form and define your custom fields
4. Edit the design in the form builder and add a title for your form
5. In the setting menu, scroll to the bottom and add a new transition stage
6. Add an action to your transition stage and scroll to the Asana option
7. Log into Asana when prompted to complete the integration
8. In Asana, define your default workspace, stages, due date and responsible parties for tasks created in your Juto app.
9. Complete the app building process in the Juto app builder and finalize your app for submission to the iOS and Android App Stores
