How to connect Jotform + Asana

Here’s how to set up the integration:

In Asana:

  1. Log into Asana and find the project where you want to enable the Jotform + Asana integration
  2. Click on “Customize” in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Scroll down to the Apps section, then select “+Add app”
  4. Select “Jotform”
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to Jotform

In Jotform:

  1. Sign up for a Jotform account and create your form
  2. Click on the "Settings” tab at the top of the Form Builder
  3. Go to Integrations and scroll down or use the search bar to find Asana
  4. Authenticate your Asana account by entering your login credentials
  5. Select an integration action—you can create a new task, project, section, or section comment from form submissions
  6. Pick your workspace, team, and project
  7. Match your form fields to Asana
  8. Complete the integration and click the “Finish” button
