What is Jitbit Helpdesk?

With Asana integration for Jitbit Helpdesk, you can create tasks right from your support tickets. With the click of a button you can create a task in Asana from any ticket in Jitbit. The created task will have a link back to the ticket, and the ticket will have a link to the task.

Get Jitbit Helpdesk + Asana

  1. In Jitbit go to Administration - Integrations - Asana and click "Connect."
  2. You will be redirected to Asana to log in and grant permissions to Jitbit.
  3. Once you get redirected back to Jitbit, you’re all set.
  4. In every support ticket in Jitbit you now have a "Create Asana task" button.
