What is Doorbell.io?

Doorbell.io allows users to easily gather in-app user feedback on websites, iOS apps, and Android apps. Doorbell.io has dozens of integrations with all your favorite tools like Asana, Slack, HipChat, etc. Other features include automatic screenshots with each message, sending and receiving attachments, sentiment analysis of feedback, and more.

When you integrate with Asana, you can create tasks based on actionable feedback you receive from your customers. The original message and all captured details (platform information, screenshots, and more) will be attached to the task, so you don’t lose any context while you work on the task.

How to turn Doorbell.io feedback into Asana tasks

1. Login or sign up for your Doorbell.io account.
2. Click the "Connect Asana" button, and follow the OAuth flow to give Doorbell.io access to your Asana account.
3. Then, on any conversation you open in Doorbell.io click the "Send To" button on the right sidebar to add an Asana task for that conversation.
