How to connect BoldDesk + Asana?
Follow these steps to install the Asana app through your BoldDesk® account:
- Go to Admin → Marketplace, search for the Asana app, and click Install.
- Select a workspace and map the relevant projects for synchronization.
- Choose the trigger actions to be executed when events occur in BoldDesk® or Asana.
- Under the Permissions tab, assign roles that can access the integration. Then click Save.
- Configure sync actions to control data synchronization between Asana and BoldDesk®. Enable Comments Sync to add private notes, status, or priority updates as Asana comments (and vice versa).
- Repeat for other workspaces and projects, ensuring only desired projects are linked and synchronized with BoldDesk® tickets.
