For project managers to work effectively, they have to be organized. But when it comes to tracking many different projects at once, even the most organized people can get turned around. A project tracking template helps you to keep tabs on multiple projects, across teams, in the same structured way.
A project tracking template is a tool that helps teams organize how they’re going to track multiple projects at once. This is especially useful when you work cross-functionally—by using the same template to track projects in the same way, everyone can easily find these projects (even when they’re tracked by a different team).
