The Asana Work Innovation Awards (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00:00 am (PT) on February 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (PT) on March 25, 2026 (the “Entry Deadline”).
The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Australia, Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, and any member country of the European Union who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who, through their employer, have had a paid Asana account for more than one year as of the date of the Entry Deadline. A senior leader of the organization that employs participants must acknowledge and agree to the organization’s participation. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Asana, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “Asana”), its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person are not eligible to participate. Governmental entities are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
The Contest is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter and purchasing a product will not increase your chances of winning.
Participation in either the Work Innovation Summit in London scheduled for June 4, 2026, or the Work Innovation Summit in New York City in 2026 with an exact date to be confirmed. Asana will determine which Work Innovation Summit winners will attend in conjunction with the winners based on factors such as geographic location of the winners and capacity of events.Travel Expenses in the form of a stipend for one (1) representative from each winning organization to the Work Innovation Summit in London scheduled for June 4, 2026 or in New York City in 2026 with an exact date to be confirmed, as follows:
Round trip air travel to an airport in the New York, NY metropolitan area, as determined by and booked in conjunction with Asana.
Accommodations for either two (2) or three (3) consecutive nights at a hotel determined by and booked in conjunction with Asana.
Reasonable transportation and meal costs that are pre-approved by Asana.
All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The stipend amount will be consistent with Asana’s internal travel and expenses policy.

Eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the Work Innovation Awards Nomination form (“Nomination Form”).
Entries must be received by the Entry Deadline. Asana is not responsible for any incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or undelivered entries, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.
The top 30 finalists and 10 winners will be selected by the Work Innovation Awards judging committee according to the criteria set forth inthe Nomination Guide.
Finalists and winners will be notified via email to the contact email provided in the Nomination Form. If a selected winner is unable to have a representative attend either the Work Innovation Summit in London or New York City in 2026, then that winner will not be eligible for the prizes. In the event that a potential winner is not eligible, forfeits, or is disqualified for any reason, Asana will use a ranked order of submissions to select the next winner on the list.
Limit of one (1) prize per organization. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made available, except at Asana’s sole discretion. Asana will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Asana reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these rules will be awarded.
By participating in the Contest, entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Asana, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Asana reserves the right: (a) to disqualify permanently from this Contest any entrant it believes has violated these rules; and (b) to verify eligibility of entrants. By participating in the Contest, entrants and prize winners release Asana and its employees, directors, officers, agents from any and all liability or damages with respect to or arising out of participation in the Contest and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.
By submitting the Nomination Form and being selected as a finalist or winner, you give Asana a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, image and likeness and your company name, logo and nominated story in marketing materials promoting The Work Innovation Awards and Work Innovation Summit.
Winners also agree to participate in a case study, social media post, and reasonable promotion of the Work Innovation Summit and in reasonable co-marketing activities which may include video content, testimonials, blog posts, and press releases. You have the right to review and approve any co-marketing materials before publication and will work in good faith with Asana on the final materials. If you have shared screenshots or videos of your Asana workflows that include actual company information, we will work with you to remove information you do not wish to be made public.
All information collected from entrants in connection with their participation in the Contest will be handled in accordance with Asana’s Privacy Statement. We will not use data you submit as part of your nomination for purposes other than evaluating your submission, inclusion in co-marketing materials subject to your good faith review and approval, and internal use and planning for Work Innovation Summit events.
