Taco

Taco is an Australian Asana Platinum Solutions Partner. We’re headquartered in Sydney, and our team works remotely across Australia and New Zealand. We’ve spent thirty years making systems talk to each other. Today we help organisations design how work, and AI, gets done in Asana.

What we do

• Asana licensing: buy and manage your Asana licences through us, with local support.
• Asana Health Checks: an independent review of how you use Asana today, with clear findings and a practical roadmap.
• Workflow design and implementation: projects, portfolios, templates, rules, forms and reporting built around how your teams actually work.
• AI Studio and agentic work management: putting Asana’s AI to work on intake, triage, routing and reporting, with people staying in control.
• Advanced automation and integrations: Script Actions, Zapier and custom connectors that link Asana to the rest of your stack.
• Migration: moving your work into Asana from Monday.com, Teamwork, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Trello or spreadsheets.
• Executive workshops, training and adoption: building the habits and the buy-in so the change sticks.

Who we work with

Any organisation, from teams of two to businesses with thousands of people. We tailor our approach to your size, maturity and pace. We have deep experience in retail and marketing, events and hospitality, and manufacturing and logistics.

Why Taco

• Asana is what we do every day. We’re a Platinum partner with hands-on experience across simple team setups and complex, multi-team enterprise rollouts.
• People first. We start with your people and processes, not the tool. Then we design Asana around how you actually work.
• Security built in. We’re SOC 2 Type 1 and ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
• Technical depth. We go deep technically, from rules and Script Actions to integrations and AI Studio, so you’re not limited to out-of-the-box features.
• We stay on after go-live. Ongoing support keeps Asana aligned as your business changes.
• Easy to work with. One client called us “the most down to earth people in the solar system.”
