The period of free access to an eligible paid Asana plan will apply only for the discount period received and beginning on the date of your redemption (the “Free Period”), whether you are on an annual or monthly subscription. After the Free Period, your account will be billed at Asana’s then-current pricing, as set forth on Asana’s plans page.

This promotion is intended for startups. We evaluate eligibility on a case-by-case basis depending on factors such as the number of employees, and the funding stage. Generally, companies with more than 500 employees or have raised a Series E or later stage round of funding are not eligible for Asana for Startups. Please note that organizations currently on paid plans or upgraded to a paid plan within the last 60 days are not eligible.
