What is Drobber?
Drobber moves client feedback out of your inbox and into Asana. Clients can click anywhere on a live or staging website, PDF, image or video to pin a comment to the exact spot (no account required). Each comment automatically generates a task in your selected Asana project, complete with the page link, pinned element, browser, device, window dimensions, and any attached screenshots. Replies sync to the task as comments, and completing the task in Asana resolves the comment in Drobber and vice versa. Your team works in Asana while clients watch their feedback get handled.
How to connect Drobber + Asana?
Prerequisites:
a Drobber account (14-day free trial at drobber.com)
an Asana workspace with at least one project.
Follow these steps:
In Drobber, navigate to Integrations and select Asana.
Click Connect, sign in to Asana and grant Drobber access to your workspace.
Select the default Asana project where new tasks should be created.
Enable the integration for each Drobber project you want to sync.
Pin a comment on a website, PDF, image, or video in Drobber. A task appears in the chosen Asana project with the page link, element, browser, device, window size and any screenshot the reviewer added.
Reply to the comment in Drobber to see it sync to the Asana task. Completing the task in Asana marks the comment as Resolved in Drobber; reopening it reopens the comment.
