Asana for small businesses

The period of free access to an eligible paid Asana plan will apply only for the discount period received and beginning on the date of your redemption (the “Free Period”), whether you are on an annual or monthly subscription. If you are signing up for a paid Asana plan with a percentage discount, the discounted period will begin on the date of your redemption, whether you are on a Starter or Advanced annual or monthly subscription, and the discount may last up to twelve months. After the Free Period or discounted period, your account will be billed at Asana’s then-current pricing, as set forth on Asana’s plans page. 

This promotion is intended for small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), with less than 100 employees, and are new to Asana or on a free Asana plan. Please note that organizations currently on paid plans or have upgraded to a paid plan within the last 60 days are not eligible.

Asana may amend or revoke this promotional offer, at any time in its sole discretion, for organizations that have not yet signed up for the offer or who have not yet redeemed a discount code. Offer is non-transferable. Limit one offer redemption per business.

To apply your discount code:

1. Copy the discount code you have been given by an existing Asana partner.

2. Click the “claim my discount” button at the top of this page or navigate to asa.na/offer.

3. Select the plan based on the type of discount you have (monthly Advanced for “free period” discounts or your choice of Starter or Advanced monthly or annual for percentage discounts).

4. Enter your credit card information.

5. Check out with discount code by ensuring you have entered the discount code into the discount box.

6. Start using Asana with your team.
