Fluxo Flow + Asana
Turn emails, forms and leads into Asana tasks, and start workflows when new tasks are added.
What is Fluxo Flow?
Fluxo Flow connects Asana to the rest of your business so tasks are created and updated automatically. Turn incoming emails, form submissions and new leads into Asana tasks in the right project, with the assignee and due date already set.
Keep work moving by renaming, reassigning, rescheduling or completing tasks and posting comments to a task's activity as things happen in your other tools. Start a workflow whenever a new task is added to a project to notify your team, update your CRM or kick off the next step. Connecting takes one click, and Fluxo Flow only asks for the permissions it needs.
How to connect Fluxo Flow + Asana?
Prerequisites:
A Fluxo Flow account.
An Asana account with edit access to the target project.
Follow these steps:
Sign up or log in at https://flow.fluxosuite.com.
Go to Settings β Integrations, find Asana and click Connect. Approve access in the Asana window.
Create a workflow and add an Asana step: Create a task, Update a task, Add a comment or Get a task. Pick your workspace and project from the dropdowns.
To react to new tasks, use the "New task in project" trigger and choose a project. Each new task starts a workflow run. Example: a new Gmail email with "Quote request" in the subject creates an Asana task in your Sales project, assigned to you and due Friday.
