Timing:

The Asana Work Innovation Awards (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00:00 am (PT) on May 14, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 pm (PT) on July 12, 2024 (the “Entry Deadline”). 

Eligibility:

The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, Australia, Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, and any member country of the European Union who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who, through their employer, have had a paid Asana account for more than one year as of the date of the Entry Deadline. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Asana, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “Asana”), its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter and purchasing a product will not increase your chances of winning.

Prizes:

• Special recognition at the Work Innovation Summit in New York City scheduled for October 22, 2024. 

• Travel Expenses for one (1) senior leader from each winning organization to the Work Innovation Summit in New York City scheduled for October 22, 2024, as follows:

  • Round trip air travel to an airport in the New York, NY metropolitan area, as determined by and booked in conjunction with Sponsor. 

  • Accommodations for either two (2) or three (3) consecutive nights at a hotel determined by and booked in conjunction with Sponsor.

  • Reasonable transportation and meal costs that are pre-approved by Asana.

  • Access to a VIP dinner the night before the Work Innovation Summit, on October 21, 2024.

  • All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

• Two consultation sessions with The Work Innovation Lab..

  • Asana VIP beta programs 

• Press release template and social kit for your distribution 

• Personalized trophy and swag for participating teams

How to Enter:

Eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the Work Innovation Awards Nomination form (“Nomination Form”). By submitting this nomination, you give Asana permission to use your company name, logo and nominated story in marketing materials promoting The Work Innovation Awards and Work Innovation Summit.

Entries must be received by the Entry Deadline. Asana is not responsible for any incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or undelivered entries, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt.

Winner Selection

Winners for each respective Work Innovation Award will be selected by the Work Innovation Awards judging committee according to the criteria set forth in https://asana.com/work-innovation-awards. 

Notification:

Winners will be notified via email to the contact email provided in the Nomination Form. If a selected winner is unable to have a senior leader attend the Work Innovation Summit in New York City scheduled for October 22, 2024, then that winner will not be eligible for the prizes. In the event that a potential winner is not eligible, forfeits, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will use a ranked order of submissions to select the next winner on the list.

Prize Restrictions:

Limit of one (1) prize per organization. All prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made available, except at Asana’s sole discretion. Asana will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Asana reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these rules will be awarded. 

Conditions:

By participating in the Contest, entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Asana, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Asana reserves the right: (a) to disqualify permanently from this Contest any entrant it believes has violated these rules; and (b) to verify eligibility of entrants. By participating in the Contest, entrants and prize winners release Asana and its employees, directors, officers, agents from any and all liability or damages with respect to or arising out of participation in the Contest and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.

All information collected from entrants in connection with their participation in the Contest will be handled in accordance with Asana’s Privacy Statement, which can be found here.
