ClosedLoop AI + Asana
See the customer demand behind your Asana roadmap.
What is ClosedLoop AI?
Bring your Asana portfolios, projects and tasks into your ClosedLoop AI roadmap. Each item highlights the customer demand behind it, helping you quickly identify requests that aren't yet covered by planned work. Keep your execution tracking in Asana while reviewing the customer evidence behind it in ClosedLoop AI. You can connect an Asana workspace to your ClosedLoop AI team using OAuth or a personal access token. ClosedLoop AI only accesses Asana data available to the account you authorize.
How to connect ClosedLoop AI + Asana?
Follow these steps:
Sign in to ClosedLoop AI and choose the team that should receive the Asana roadmap. (You must have permission to manage integrations.)
Open Integrations, choose Asana, and select OAuth (recommended). A personal access token is also supported on the same connection screen.
Enter the Asana workspace ID you want to connect. The authorizing Asana account must have access to that workspace and all projects you plan to import.
Continue to Asana, review the requested permissions, and authorize ClosedLoop AI. You will be redirected back to the regional ClosedLoop AI app.
Allow the scheduled import to finish, then open Roadmap to view your imported projects and tasks alongside customer demand.
