How to connect Asyntai AI Chatbot + Asana?
Prerequisites:
An Asyntai account (free plan is enough) with the chat widget on a website.
Follow these steps to connect Asyntai AI Chatbot and Asana:
Open https://asyntai.com/asana/auth/ and sign in to Asyntai, or create a free account there.
If the Asyntai account has several websites, choose the website whose chat leads should go to Asana.
Asana will ask to allow Asyntai AI Chatbot. Click Allow. If you are in several workspaces, pick one.
Asyntai creates a project called "Asyntai Leads" (or reuses an existing one with that name).
Open the website, chat with the bot and leave an email address. A task "Follow up with [email]" appears in Asyntai Leads, due today and assigned to you, with the page URL and the whole chat in the description.
Chat again using the same email while the task is open: the new chat is added as a comment.
