The Reporting Connections team provides executives and leaders with actionable insights. Reporting helps organizations share team and initiative progress with stakeholders outside of Asana. The product team builds features end-to-end, including data models and subtle interaction behaviors. Currently, our focus anchors on building the "connective tissues" for creating, consuming, and collaborating on insights. Our goal is to meet executives where they are by delivering exports and integrations with common productivity software and business intelligence tools. 

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule - in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. 

We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland.

What you’ll achieve

  • Design and lead the implementation of high-impact reporting features that our customers are eagerly awaiting
  • Increase your team's efficiency and speed by promoting best practices in software design, coding, and testing
  • Craft the right abstractions that will enable other teams to add reporting functionality to their own features
  • Become a person of contact about issues related to scalability and performance of reporting features
  • Mentor other team members with your deep understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript and best practices of modern software development and conduct constructive software reviews

About you

  • Excellent knowledge of TypeScript at an idiomatic level combined with willingness to learn new technologies
  • Prior experience with implementing dashboards, observability or reporting features
  • Familiarity with design systems and CSS frameworks and  modern front-end development frameworks
  • Understanding of enterprise-grade software design and integration patterns
  • Ability to write compelling design documents
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful full-stack features end-to-end
  • Passion for writing clean code, software design and introducing best engineering practices
  • Ability to dive deep in any complex technical project and provide actionable insights about the problem
  • No focus on  DDD, TDD, Scrum or any particular best practices but rather understanding the tradeoffs of each choice

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 37 000 - 47 166 PLN gross monthly on the contract of employment (UoP). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base compensation range for this role may be modified.

Our total compensation consists of base salary and equity (RSUs).
