# Asana Anti-Social Forces

The terms of this Amendment will apply to Customers residing in Japan.

Each party represents and warrants that it and its officers, employees, and agents (a) are not anti-social forces (meaning organized crime groups, right-wing groups, anti-social forces groups, or other equivalent groups) or members thereof, and (b) do not have any exchange or involvement with anti-social forces, such as cooperation or involvement in the maintenance, operation, or management of anti-social forces through funding or other means. In the event a party breaches any representation or warranty set forth in this section, the other party may terminate the Agreement without notice to the breaching party.
