#### How do I cancel my Asana subscription or trial?

To cancel a paid plan, go to the billing tab in your admin console and select **Cancel plan**. To find your admin console, log in to the Asana account you wish to cancel and click your profile photo in the top bar.

#### What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.

#### We need to change the number of people in our team. How will that work?

At minimum, we offer plans for smaller teams; 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-seat plans. Beyond that, our subscription offerings increase in increments of 5 users when total users are less than or equal to 30; increments of 10 when total users are between 30 and 100; increments of 25 when total users are between 100 and 500; and increments of 50 when total users are more than 500.

#### How do I cancel my Asana subscription or trial?

To cancel a paid plan, go to the billing tab in your admin console and select **Cancel plan**. To find your admin console, log in to the Asana account you wish to cancel and click your profile photo in the top bar.

#### What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
