Officers, directors, managers, and employees of Asana, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person are not eligible to participate. The Valentine’s Day 2017 Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. **Prizes:**Two separate prizes will be awarded. A $75 gift card to Bloom That and a $40 gift card to Milk Bar. **How to Enter:** The Valentine’s Day 2017 Sweepstakes is being held to celebrate Valentine’s Day 2017. Eligible persons will be entered automatically when they share a picture on Twitter of Asana’s Valentine’s Day exploding hearts animation along with the hashtag #withAsana and a mention of @Asana. The exploding hearts animation will only be available on February 14, 2017. **Odds of Winning:** Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. **Prize Drawing:** Asana will pick a random winner from all eligible entries on February 15, 2017. Winner will be notified via direct message. **Prize Restrictions:**Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. All prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions shall be provided. Asana will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Asana reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these rules will be awarded. All prizes will be awarded. Unless prohibited by law, prize winners consent to the use of his/her name, likeness, and Twitter profile information in public announcements regarding the Sweepstakes and its winner without additional compensation, further permission or notification. **Conditions:** All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Asana, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal.
