> Turn website chat enquiries and unanswered visitor questions into Asana tasks, assigned to you.

### What is Hazelchat?

Hazelchat is an AI chat agent for your website: it answers visitors from your own pages, shows where each answer came from, and says so when it doesn't know. Connect Asana and every new enquiry from your website chat becomes a task in the project you pick, assigned to you, with the visitor's message, the last question they asked and a link to the whole conversation. Every question your agent couldn't answer becomes an "Add an answer" task, so you add the answer once and the agent knows it from then on. Hazelchat only adds tasks to the project you picked; it never changes or deletes anything else in your Asana and never sends chat transcripts or phone numbers.

### How to connect Hazelchat + Asana?

###### Follow these steps:

- Click **Allow** in Asana authorization pop-up.
- Select the project where you want new enquiries sent. If you only have one project, it will be selected automatically.
- Ask your chat a question it can't answer, and leave your email. Two tasks will appear in your project within a minute, both assigned to you: "Add an answer: …" and "Enquiry from …".
