Katie Colendich

Katie Colendich is the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Asana. Katie leads Asana’s global Legal & Stock department, overseeing legal strategy, corporate governance, and compliance. Since joining Asana in 2020, she has held several senior leadership roles, most recently serving as Deputy General Counsel of Corporate & Product/AI Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Prior to Asana, Katie spent nearly seven years in leadership at HP Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Company, including as Vice President & Associate General Counsel of Corporate Securities, Finance, and Global Governance. She began her legal career at the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Katie holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Political Science and a B.A. in English.
