### What is ClosedLoop AI?

Bring your Asana portfolios, projects and tasks into your ClosedLoop AI roadmap. Each item shows the customer demand behind it, and you see which requests no planned work covers yet. Keep planned work in Asana while reviewing the customer evidence behind it in ClosedLoop AI. Connect one Asana workspace for your ClosedLoop AI team using OAuth or a personal access token. ClosedLoop AI only reads Asana data available to the account you authorize.

### How to connect ClosedLoop AI + Asana?

Follow these steps to connect ClosedLoop AI and Asana:
- Sign in to ClosedLoop AI and choose the team that should receive the Asana roadmap. You must have permission to manage integrations.
- Open Integrations, choose Asana, and select OAuth (recommended). A personal access token is also supported in the same connection screen.
- Enter the Asana workspace ID you want to connect. The authorizing Asana account must be able to access that workspace and the projects to import.
- Continue to Asana, review the requested permissions, and authorize ClosedLoop AI. You will return to the same regional ClosedLoop AI app.
- Allow the scheduled import to finish, then open Roadmap to view the visible projects and tasks from the selected workspace alongside customer demand.
