Data scientists are at the crux of deepening our understanding of the customers and driving more business outcomes by leveraging experimentation, causal inference, statistical and machine learning techniques, and data storytelling. As a Data Science Manager, you’ll lead a team of data scientists working across several product teams to drive common goals, such as acquiring new customers. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and design leads to set the strategy and direction for the overall team while mentoring your reports in their technical growth. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
