You’ll take part in every type of product work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams around the world.   Joining our recently formed team in Warsaw, you’ll contribute to the product direction for Asana’s new product for the agentic software development lifecycle—our bet on what the next $100M+ line of business looks like. As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll work from first principles to define how modern teams plan, sequence, and ship work in an AI-native world.   You’ll partner closely with design, research and engineering to turn ambiguous problem spaces into sharp, opinionated workflows that feel fast, minimal, and “obviously right” to high-performing teams. You’ll validate your bets directly with demanding customers—from hypergrowth startups to global enterprises—and be accountable for turning those insights into a focused roadmap and real business impact.   This role is based in Warsaw with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
