Are you passionate about data, experimentation, and driving revenue in a fast growing business? If so, this role is for you. As a Retention Growth Manager on our Strategy and Growth team, you’ll drive a portfolio of retention experiments designed to take business to the next level. To do this, you will work across multiple channels in partnership with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and others. We are looking for someone who spikes in analytical thinking, ability to deeply understand user pain points and motivations, project and stakeholder management, and getting stuff done.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Partner with analysts to dig into large data sets across the customer life cycle to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to grow the business and improve customer retention
  • Co-create A/B experiments with a cross functional team via data-driven hypotheses, to identify new audience opportunities
  • Monitor and optimize ongoing campaign performances
  • Influence cross-functional partners (product, engineering, design, analytics, marketing) and advocate for resourcing and alignment on behalf of the team
  • Set the strategy for your area of experimentation, including targeting, customer touchpoints, and metrics
  • Be accountable for key performance indicators of the reach and impact of your experiments
  • Present your results and recommendations to leaders and help drive next steps

About You:

  • Bachelors’ or above preferably in CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, Statistics, Business, Economics or related field
  • 3-5+ years experience in growth, business ops, or another analytical role in tech, finance or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Knowledge of statistics and probability
  • Have a proven track record of leading cross functional, multi-stakeholder projects to success

Nice to have:

  • Experience and understanding of a SaaS business model and related KPIs
  • Experience using a BI tool like Looker, Tableau, Qlik (we use Tableau, Redash, and Snowflake)
  • Experience working on modern enterprise software
  • Front-end HTML/CSS/JS knowledge a plus
  • You thrive in fast growing and changing environments
