Global Standards Producer

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative problem solver to create and oversee complex global asset management processes through our DAM by owning brand standards, asset governance, and global asset trafficking to regional offices.

This role will work closely across web development, marketing, brand design, and with external vendors (such as freelancers and agencies). The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and change, able to focus on the smallest detail as well as drive teams to project completion, keeping the big picture in sight.

What you’ll achieve

  • DAM administration: maintenance, governance, roll out and socialize changes. This includes uploading final files directly to the portal, QC, and editing metadata on assets.
  • Brand Standards: own the brand standards source of truth across all specialities (design, interactive, copy, motion, film, photo). This includes working closely with our creative subject matter experts and onboarding external partners (freelance and agency) to our brand standards based on project scope. 
  • Regional Asset Traffic Management: be the Brand Design POC for regional communications. This includes trafficking assets and aggregating GEO feedback in preproduction, packaging for handoff to regions, socializing roadmaps, and ensuring taxonomy and naming conventions are maintained globally.

About you

  • 3+ years experience producing marketing, creative operations, or production projects in-house for a global company, or for an agency with global clients.
  • Experience in a hands-on, high-volume asset management and and publishing environment (or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with GEO distribution and localization best practices.
