Marketing Operations Manager, Revenue Marketing

The Marketing Operations team is chartered to operationalize the Marketing team’s vision by setting a foundation of structure, process, & strategy to empower Marketers to achieve results. This role sits at the intersection between business and technology. You’ll work with leaders within our Revenue Marketing team to translate desired business outcomes into new technology initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping Asana's martech stack, supporting our go-to-market strategies.

What you’ll achieve:

  • Advise global Revenue Marketing stakeholders on designing or optimizing processes, recommending and delivering workflow solutions, and support the team through key initiatives such as Lead Management, Account Based Marketing, and Multi Touch Attribution. 
  • Perform data analysis to size the impact, risk, & benefit of major technology changes for our business
  • Build long-term relationships with internal counterparts to create  collaborative partnerships
  • Provide input into the MarTech roadmap, help us make strategic investments in our Revenue Marketing tech stack.
  • Act as the project lead on select technology initiatives, serving as the liaison between Marketing & our technical partners to perform stakeholder interviews, business alignment, requirements gathering, change management, communication, & success measurement
  • Scope system enhancements for supporting the Revenue Marketing team, interviewing marketers about their pain-points, and translating them into requirements for our technology teams to execute on
  • Develop enablement plans, lead training, and deliver documentation to ensure Marketers are fully enabled to use new system features.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Marketing or Sales technology management (administration, internal tools product management, business system analysis, or working with technology teams to develop internal tools) 
  • 2+ years of leading large-scale technology initiatives, driving strategic planning, project scope, change management, stakeholder alignment, & communications
  • Operational expertise with marketing or sales systems (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Responsys, Salesforce, Iterable, Cvent, Bevy, Partnerstack, etc.) 
  • Experience working in or with B2B Demand Generation or Field Marketing teams
  • Project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to communicate business problems in simple and data backed story
  • Strong relationship skills, you can build partnerships across Marketers, Sales, and Technology stakeholders around the globe
  • Excited to celebrate cultural differences & diversity

Nice to have’s:

  • Relevant technology certification (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile or similar methodologies
