Asana and Global Trade Compliance

Overview

The United States, along with other countries, have export control and economic sanction regulations in place that prohibit the export of certain goods and services, which means that Asana is not currently able to provide access to its platform or provide other products and services to individuals and companies located in the following embargoed countries and regions:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine

Asana is also prohibited from allowing any denied party to access its platform or enjoy other Asana products and services. This means that individuals on any U.S. government list of sanctioned parties or any other applicable restricted party list won’t be able to access Asana. What does this mean for you?

If you were presented with this or a similar message, we are not allowed to make our platform or services available to you and your ability to download, access, or use Asana’s platform and other Asana services may be restricted.

As a reminder, you are also responsible for complying with applicable global trade compliance laws and are prohibited from exporting, re-exporting, transfering, or making available, whether directly or indirectly, Asana’s platform, products, or services to any denied parties.
