Chapter 5: Assignees and project members
Make your event plan collaborative by assigning tasks to teammates and adding in others working on the event.
Now, add in others working with you on planning this event.
- Assign tasks so it’s clear who’s in charge of what
- Comment on tasks to clearly indicate what you expect. You can @mention different tasks, projects, conversations, or people
- Add in project members - anyone that should receive updates about your event
- Adjust the member notification settings to ensure everyone is receiving the right amount of information
- Post a kick-off conversation in your project to let everyone know it’s time to start planning!
