Create a Conversation

New Team Convo

To create a Conversation:

  1. Tap the arrow next to the team name from the All projects tab to access the team's page

From here, tap the Conversations icon to see all team Conversations or create a new one.

Team Page

From the create Conversation screen, you can:

  1. Identify the teamteamA team is a group of people in an Organization who are working together on a collection of projects.Read more or projectprojectProjects are lists of tasks.Read more you'd like to post the Conversation in
  2. Enter a subject line for your post
  3. Provide context in the body of the post
  4. Add an attachmentattachmentA file that is attached to a task or conversation.Read more to your post

If you are posting in a project and are the Project Owner, you also have the option to post a project status update.

To post a project status update:

  1. Select the relevant project
  2. Enable the Status Update option
  3. Enter the Project Status
  4. Post the project status update

Conversation Details

Tap any Conversation to view its details.

Convo Details

From the create Conversation screen, you can:

  1. Like the Conversation
  2. Access more options
  3. Write a commentcommentComment on a task or conversation to offer help, answer questions, and help move work forward.Read more
  4. @ mention a team Member
  5. Upload an image or photo
  6. Upload an attachmentattachmentA file that is attached to a task or conversation.Read more
  7. Add followersfollowersAdd followers to any task and they will receive notifications about updates to the task.Read more

More Options

Tap the three dot icon in the Conversation details screen for more options.

  1. Access the team's page
  2. Share the Conversation
  3. Copy the Conversation URL
