Asana is recommended for work with G Suite and using both together is a great way to easily connect your work across different Google apps, and track it in Asana.
Login to Asana using Google SSO.
Click Use Google Account from the login page.
Stay up to date by syncing your Asana tasks to your Google Calendar.
Click the project actions dropdown and select Sync to Calendar.

Read more , click the project actions dropdown and select Add Tasks by Email to find an email address you can use to create tasks via email.
Click ‘View task’ right from your Gmail or Google Inbox subject rows to open the task in Asana.
