# Targenix: Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads + Asana

### What is Targenix?

Targenix turns every Facebook and Instagram lead ad submission into an Asana task within seconds. Connect Asana with one click (OAuth), choose the workspace and project, and decide how the task name, description and custom fields are filled from the lead form (name, phone, email, page, form). Your sales or support team gets a new task for each lead, with no CSV exports from Ads Manager and no copy-paste. Targenix keeps a delivery history and retries automatically if Asana is temporarily unavailable. One lead form can feed Asana and other tools at the same time. Targenix is free to use.

### How to connect Targenix + Asana?

Prerequisites: a Targenix account (free sign-up at [https://app.targenix.uz](https://app.targenix.uz)) with a Facebook Page that has Lead Ads forms, and an Asana workspace.
- In Targenix open Integrations > Connections and click Connect on Asana.
- Asana asks you to authorize "Targenix: Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads". Click Allow. You will be redirected back to Targenix, and the Asana connection will show as connected.
- Open Automations > New automation. Choose the Facebook Page and the lead form as the source, and Asana as the destination.
- Pick the Asana workspace and project where tasks should be created, and map the task name (for example the lead's full name) and notes (phone, page, form).
- Save and activate the automation.
- When someone submits the lead form, Targenix creates a task in the selected Asana project within seconds.

To disconnect: turn off the automation and remove the Asana connection in Targenix, or deauthorize the app in Asana (My settings > Apps).
