When a client signs and funds first Milestone, ProposalRelay creates an Asana project from the approved scope: phases → sections, deliverables → tasks/subtasks, milestones scheduled with due dates, owners assigned, and key files (signed proposal, briefs) attached. Goodbye copy-paste; hello same-day execution.

### How to connect ProposalRelay + Asana?
- Create an account at [proposalrelay.com](https://proposalrelay.com).
- Follow the AI-assisted onboarding to set up your first proposal.
- Top-line project milestones are included in your proposal — these will automatically added to Asana.
- Once your proposal is ready, it moves to your Deal Room.
- In the Deal Room, collaborate with your client to negotiate the final proposal (with help from the AI Copilot).
- After the proposal is finalized and signed electronically, send it to the HandOff feature.
- Complete the first milestone payment through Stripe.
- Use the HandOff feature to connect to Asana, create a new project, and instantly import your project milestones via OAuth.
- Once imported, kick off the project in Asana and continue managing your work there.
