# OODA + Asana

> Search Asana tasks and comments with AI, and create tasks through OODA workflows.

### What is OODA?

Connect your own Asana account to OODA and choose the workspace and projects you want to index. Search task details and comments, ask questions, and follow links back to the original tasks. Keep selected content up to date with scheduled syncing. When actions are enabled, use OODA workflows to create tasks and add comments.

### How to connect OODA + Asana?
- Sign in to [OODA](https://platform.ooda.ai) and select a project.
- Open **Connectors**, choose **Asana**, and select **Quick connect**. Sign in to your Asana account, approve access, and choose your workspace when prompted.
- Name the connection. Optionally expand **Optional project and team filters** and enter the Asana project IDs you want to index. Keep **Include task comments** and **Enable Asana actions** turned on if you want to search comments and take action from OODA.
- Select **Create** and wait for indexing to finish. Open **Chat** in the same OODA project to search tasks and comments, then follow source citations back to Asana.
- To create tasks from OODA, add a workflow with a trigger connected to a **Connector** node. Select the Asana connection and **Create task**, then enter the workspace ID, project ID, and task name.
- To add comments, select **Add comment** in a **Connector** node, enter a task ID and comment text, and run the workflow.
