# Neatro

> With the Asana and Neatro integration, you can run retrospectives with your remote team and easily export your action items to Asana.

### What is Neatro?

Neatro is an online retrospective tool made for remote teams to improve continuously and stay Agile. Select from a large collection of ready-to-use retrospective boards or create a custom retrospective template. Use these retrospectives to drive meaningful conversations and build your action plan.

Then, export your team’s action items into your Asana workspace with the Neatro + Asana integration. Eliminate manual effort—you no longer have to duplicate an action plan built during your retrospective. Include additional details in each task, like the task description, assignee, and an optional dedicated topic so you can keep track of your action plan and watch your team grow.

Note: This is a one-way sync from Neatro to Asana.

#### Get Neatro + Asana
- [Sign up](https://app.neatro.io/register) for a Neatro account.
- Select a retrospective template and start your retro.
- Once your retrospective is over, a retrospective report will be displayed. Click on the Export button next to any action item.
- Choose Asana in the list of integrations.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Select your Asana project.
- Click on Export. You're done!
