### What is Jitbit Helpdesk?

With Asana integration for Jitbit Helpdesk, you can create tasks right from your support tickets. With the click of a button you can create a task in Asana from any ticket in Jitbit. The created task will have a link back to the ticket, and the ticket will have a link to the task.

#### Get Jitbit Helpdesk + Asana
- In Jitbit go to Administration - Integrations - Asana and click "Connect."
- You will be redirected to Asana to log in and grant permissions to Jitbit.
- Once you get redirected back to Jitbit, you’re all set.
- In every support ticket in Jitbit you now have a "Create Asana task" button.
