#### What is Fireflies.ai?

Fireflies is an AI voice assistant that helps transcribe, take notes, and complete actions during meetings. The Fireflies AI assistant, Fred, integrates with all the leading web-conferencing platforms in the world like Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, and Microsoft Teams along with business applications like Slack and Salesforce.

With the Fireflies.ai + Asana integration, you can automatically record and transcribe your meetings. Create tasks within a project in Asana based on custom voice commands.

#### Get Fireflies.ai + Asana

How to integrate Asana with Fireflies:
- Log in to your Fireflies account and click on “Integrations” in the main menu.
- On the Integrations page, select “Asana.”
- Click on the “Connect” button.
- You'll be redirected to Asana where you will be able to sign in to your account.
- Follow on-screen instructions to authorize Fireflies by clicking “Allow.”
- You have successfully enabled Asana on your Fireflies App. Back on Fireflies, you'll notice the Active badge and a green tick on Asana integration.

Use voice commands during meetings to create tasks in Asana:
- Turn on your Asana integration.
- Select the Asana project you want tasks to use.
- Optional: Create/edit your voice command triggers in the topic tracker section within Fireflies.

Settings to automatically create tasks in Asana:
- Select a relevant project from the drop-down menu to create tasks from your meetings.
- Based on the voice commands which you have created, tasks will now be created within your Asana account under the chosen project.
