Dossier turns Asana into a customer response app. When you receive any client email, Dossier intelligently syncs the email thread, including replies, into Asana. No more switching between email and Asana—just use Asana to manage your inbox.

Collaborate, Respond, Close

Customer emails are now visible in Asana so you can collaborate and respond. To respond to your emails in Asana, just add the #reply command, and Dossier sends an email reply. Emails in Gmail and Outlook inboxes are labeled with the Asana status, and close a task in Asana to archive emails in your email inbox.

Manage Leads and Sync to Salesforce

With Dossier’s WordPress and website chat, send chats directly to Asana. Assign leads in Asana and always be in the loop with prospect communications. Dossier syncs all your customer communications to your Salesforce and HubSpot CRM. It always filters out marketing emails and newsletters so you only see real conversations.

Connect Dossier with Asana

  1. Sign up for a Dossier account.
  2. Connect to your Gmail, Outlook, or Slack account.
  3. On the Dossier home page, click Apps > Asana > Connect.
  4. Log in with your Asana username and password.
