Align Technologies Corp (ATC) powers the Align, Scaling Up Scoreboard, and FocalPoint Focus business operating systems. 
The ATC integration syncs task name, due date, notes, completion status, attachments, and section between your business operating system and Asana in real-time using Asana's webhook system. Tasks automatically organize into the correct sections in Asana My Tasks, keeping work consistently structured. A built-in toggle gives you full control over which tasks sync, so nothing moves between systems without intent. Your team gets context where they work—no switching between systems to check status.

### How to connect Align Technologies Corp + Asana?

**Prerequisites**
- An active Align account (sign up on the Align website).
- An Asana account with access to the workspace, projects, and tasks you want to sync.
- Pop-ups enabled in your browser for the Align domain (required for the OAuth window).

**Step 1 — Sign in to Align**
- Open the Align website in a browser and sign in with your credentials.
- From the top navigation, open your profile menu and select Personal Integrations.

**Step 2 — Open the Asana Integration Setup**
- On the Personal Integrations page, locate the Asana task provider.
- Click Set Up to open the Asana Integration Setup screen.

**Step 3 — Connect to Asana**
- Click the Connect to Asana button.
- A popup window will open to Asana's authorization page.
- Sign in to Asana if prompted, then click Allow to grant Align permission to read and update tasks, projects, and goals in your workspace.
- The popup closes automatically and returns you to Align. Align securely stores the OAuth access token and refresh token for your account.

**Step 4 — Sync tasks between Align and Asana**
- Open any task or create a new one in Align.
- In the task manager page, locate the Sync this task with Asana checkbox, check it, and save your changes.
- The task will appear in your Asana account within a few seconds. The task lands in your Asana My Tasks list, in the section that matches the Sync Section in Align.

To verify the sync is working: update the task name, due date, or completion status in either system. The change should appear in the other system within a few seconds.
